Change of Heart?
Had second thoughts, or you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of your order date. To qualify, please refer to the below:

Direct from us only – Returns are only for products bought straight from UTElife. via www.UTElife.com

If it's before we ship – we'll arrange a refund straight away, no worries, just quickly inform us via email with your booking reference at hello@UTElife.com.au
- Be quick – Let us know within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@UTElife.com.au
- Unused and Undamaged – Items must be unused, in mint condition, and still perfectly packed up in all original packaging and accessories. Returns missing bits and pieces can’t be accepted.

Postage is on you – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend registered post with tracking, so your return doesn’t go bush.

Check & refund – Once your item’s back with us, we’ll give it a once-over. If it passes inspection, you’ll get a refund (minus the original shipping). If not, we’ll let you know.
Warranty for Faulty or Defective Products
If your product has a genuine manufacturing fault or defect, we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund. Just keep this in mind:

Direct from us only – Claims only apply to products bought directly from UTElife. If you grabbed it through a retail partner, hit them up instead.

What’s covered – Only manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse don’t count.
