UTEpool™ Safe Use Guide

UTElife is built for good times — but safety always comes first.

Water Capacity & Weight

UTEpool™ is designed to be filled to:

15–20cm water depth to start

This equals approximately:

300–450kg of water

As people enter the pool, water levels naturally rise.

UTEpool™ includes dual integrated spillover outlets designed to keep water height below 30cm. Creating the perfect water level for carefree FUN in your UTE!

Understanding Payload

Payload is the maximum total weight your vehicle can safely carry.

This includes:

  • Water
  • People
  • Ice, eskies & accessories
  • Pets
  • Any additional items in the tray

Your payload rating can be found:

  • On the compliance plate inside the driver’s door
  • In your owner’s manual
  • By contacting your vehicle manufacturer

Every vehicle is different. Always check your specific payload before use.

Example Payload Calculation

If your vehicle has a 900kg payload (standard dual cabs)

  • 350kg water
  • 4 adults at 80kg each (320kg)
  • 20kg accessories

Total: 690kg — within limit ✅

Mandatory Safety Guidelines

  • Use on flat, level ground
  • Vehicle must be stationary with engine off
  • Distribute weight evenly
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Check your vehicle’s payload before filling

Never:

  • Drive with water in the tray
  • Block the Spillover Outlets 
  • Exceed your manufacturer payload limits

Intended Use

UTEpool™ is designed for stationary recreational use only.

Users are responsible for ensuring safe and compliant use of their vehicle at all times.

Water Safety & Supervision

Water and kids require constant, active supervision.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when UTEpool™ is filled — not from inside the house, not “just for a minute.”

Even shallow water can be dangerous.

UTEpool™ is not a flotation device and is not designed for unsupervised use.

No diving. No jumping. No rough play.
Always use on flat ground with the vehicle parked, engine off and handbrake engaged.

Safe fun is the goal — and supervision is non-negotiable.
